Everton will be aiming to maintain their winning start to the season, but is likely face resistance as they travel to The Madejski Stadium to face Reading on Saturday.
Steve Coppell's side have only picked up one point from their opening two games. But, Reading have shown their determination and resilience against Manchester United and Chelsea. It's clear Coppell's charges are unlikely to surrender a victory without a fight.
The Reading boss would be happy to know that Bobby Convey is back in contention, after returning to training in midweek following a knee injury.
Striker Leroy Lita, who is on the brink of a return from a muscle strain, may feature against Everton. However, Michael Duberry (groin), Glen Little (achilles) and Ibrahima Sonko (knee) will all miss out.
Coppell will still be without Dave Kitson, who is serving the second of his three-match ban following his red card against Manchester United. Defender Kalifa Cisse is also suspended for his dismissal against Chelsea.
Everton are riding high in confidence, after their consecutive victories. And, following an impressive 3-1 win over Tottenham, the Toffees will be motivated to preserve their winning start.
Everton manager David Moyes has no new injury worries, but is still without midfielder Tim Cahill, who is ruled out with a foot problem.
Youngster James Vaughan will not make the trip to Reading, after being sidelined with a dislocated shoulder.
